The Color Bar Academy grew from that belief. It’s our way of sharing what we’ve learned over the years and helping Filipino stylists strengthen their craft, deepen their understanding, and grow with confidence.

From the moment we opened our first branch, our priority was to ensure that our Color Baristas were trained under strong fundamentals—color theory, canvas behavior, foiling discipline, and the art and science of formulation.
This internal culture of learning allowed us to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences to clients across our branches in BGC, Estancia, and Molito.
But behind the scenes, a bigger dream was forming:

As part of our anniversary celebration in 2024, we launched something we had long dreamed of— a FREE Masterclass on Hair Coloring open to stylists across the country.
We welcomed over 20 students from different places in the Philippines, each eager to learn, grow, and elevate their craft.

By Q3 2025, we proudly completed four batches, each filled with passionate stylists eager to understand the why behind color, not just the steps.
