First-Time Booking Policy for Head Stylist JOF
To ensure dedicated time and personalized service, first-time bookings with our Head Stylist, JOF, require a ₱2,500 downpayment to confirm the appointment.
Terms & Conditions
• The ₱2,500 downpayment is non-refundable in cases of no-show or cancellation.
• The downpayment will be fully deducted from the final bill on the day of your service.
• Downpayment may be settled via GCash or Bank Transfer or Card Payment.
• When booking online, please indicate “JOF” in the Special Remarks section. Our team will then send instructions on how to complete the downpayment.
• Your appointment will be confirmed once the downpayment has been received.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your booked appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the downpayment.
• This policy applies only to first-time guests booking with Head Stylist JOF.
