As an All-Around Hair Stylist with Color Expertise, you will bring a versatile skill set to The Color Bar, providing a range of hair services while specializing in hair coloring techniques. Your role involves offering haircuts, styling, and a variety of coloring services to meet the unique preferences and needs of our clients. With your proficiency in both cutting and coloring, you contribute to a diverse and vibrant salon experience.
Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ desired hair services, including cuts, styles, and color preferences.
Hair Cutting and Styling: Offer precision haircuts, personalized styling, and blow-dry services that align with clients’ desired looks.
Hair Coloring: Perform an array of hair coloring techniques, such as highlights, balayage, ombre, creative color, and root touch-ups.
Color Consultation: Expertly consult with clients on color options, taking into account their skin tone, features, and lifestyle.
Color Correction: Provide solutions for color corrections and adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.
Product Recommendations: Educate clients about hair care and color-preserving products, recommending suitable options.
Hair Health: Advise clients on maintaining healthy hair and preserving color vibrancy through proper care routines.
Special Occasion Styling: Create captivating hairstyles for special events and occasions.
Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, actively listen to their preferences, and offer professional advice.

Qualifications
