PRESENTING this year’s contestants for the COLOR BARISTA IDOL (Season 1).

Each branch nominated 2 employees from their team to vie for the first ever COLOR BARISTA IDOL.  Performance night will be on June 30, 2024 during our 6^th Year Anniversary Dinner.

CRITERIA

In our quest to find the next singing sensation, we’re not just seeking talent; we’re on the hunt for the complete package!  So, how do you measure up against the competition? Let’s dive in:

• 70% Vocal Talent, Stage Presence, and Impact:
  This is where each idol will get to showcase their vocal prowess, stage presence, and ability to captivate the audience with their performance!  Whether they’re belting out high notes, commanding the stage with their presence, or leaving a lasting impact with their performance, the search is for that undeniable spark that sets the next Color Barista Idol apart from everyone else.

• 30% Popularity:
  It’s not just about their performance on stage, it’s also about rallying their fanbase and garnering support from admirers and followers!  Popularity will be measured by the number of LIKES on their individual pages on this site. 
  So support your IDOLs by liking their pages.
